Enhanced access to greater development and service resources will lead to improvements that will benefit our partners.

    For now, there will be no impact to our product offerings. We have already begun planning to develop a joint product roadmap to build on NetApp’s leadership in storage and cloud services focused on providing seamless solutions that meet the evolving needs and drive value for of all our customers and partners. The added capabilities and skills will assure we continue to see our world class products and service improve while developing the most compelling platform in the industry.

  • Will the name and brand CloudJumper continue now that the acquisition is complete?

    For the time being, the organizations will operate under their respective brands. More information will be available in the coming weeks.

  • Will my Account Manager Change?

    For now your account manager focal point will remain the same.

  • Will there be changes to the CloudJumper Leadership Team?

    The CloudJumper Leadership team will retain the same roles under the leadership of Anthony Lye, SVP and GM Public Cloud at NetApp.

  • How does this affect access to product support?

    Our current support remain staffed by the same service team you are accustomed to working with to meet your support needs.

  • How does this affect contract and license terms?

    Contract and license terms continue unaffected.
